During this active and crazy fun, SUP yoga retreat spend a week in a villa situated on the island of Vis with breath-taking views over the sea, practice SUP and land yoga, explore the island sights and beaches, enjoy healthy vegetarian food, new friends and so much more!

SUP yoga is just what it sounds like – yoga on a stand up paddleboard! Combine the SUP with asanas (poses), and you’ll get a fun and strong challenge with lots of laughter! Yoga on a paddleboard not only challenges the physical practice by incorporating a strong sense of balance, but also brings in the mental challenge of focus, release, and tenacity.



SUP yoga is a chance to take a different perspective on your yoga practice.

And even if it looks challenging – anyone from a beginner to a longer practising yogi can do it.

The morning stand up paddleboard yoga sessions on the peaceful and calm waters on the bay will help build confidence day by day, and each practitioner will sense a big difference in their yoga practice at the end of the week.

SUP is an incredible way to connect to nature, elements around us and our inner selves. Floating on the crystal clear waters brings a sense of belonging, let’s us forget the troubles and live in the moment.

The afternoon land yoga classes are designed to provide relief and relaxation after a day on the water and exploring the island.

That’s why we focus on Hatha, yin and restorative yoga during these sessions. 

Each class at the SUP yoga retreat has time devoted to meditation, self-awareness and consciousness and pranayama breathing techniques. 



Meeting new people and making real connections seems to get harder and harder with the latest technologies, global living and overall busyness of our day-to-day.

At the SUP yoga retreat food plays a vital role as we believe in wholesome wellbeing.

The guests enjoy vegetarian and plant-based meals – a sumptuous breakfast buffet and dinner cooked at the villa. The meals are made from fresh, healthy produce and ingredients, including locally grown seasonal fruit, vegetables, spices and herbs, olive oil, cheeses and other goodies. We accommodate gluten-free and vegan guests.



It is true - everything we need to find happiness and inspiration is inherently inside of us.

But oh, how much easier (and more fun) it is to get a gentle nudge! A little oomph from an experience that stays with you for months to come. Refreshed, relaxed, with a new perspective and renewed mindset, we then go forward, feeling more empowered, kinder, more understanding and with a wiser, warmer smile.

Our villa and Vis island details


The Villa - We accommodate our guests in a beautiful Vis town villa that is located uphill from the town’s bay and an only 5-minute walk from the centre and 10-minute walk from the beach. With a fantastic view of the town and the Vis bay as well as a pool and large terraces, our villa is a great place for this active yoga holiday. Each room has its own bathroom and air conditioning.


The island of Vis is a magical place in the Mediterranean Croatia where the pressure and rush of the outside world becomes a distant memory. Breath-taking nature, laid-back lifestyle, friendly locals and gorgeous beaches make it the ultimate yoga retreat and holiday destination. The rugged coast around the island, dotted with gorgeous coves, caves, sand and pebble beaches, the crystal clear sea, surrounding islets and a spectacular green inland make it a paradise on earth.
